Insight Communications Company, Inc. was the nation’s ninth largest multiple system cable operator with over 780,000 customers in the three contiguous states of Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio.  Insight offered a full suite of products including video, high speed data and telephony services to both residential and commercial cable customers. In addition, Insight offers advanced services such as Digital Video Recorders, High Definition Television and Video-On-Demand.   MidOcean exited its investment in Insight in February 2012.
