Doug Gernert currently serves as an Operating Partner on the Private Equity Investment Team. Doug has over 35 years of cross-industry experience in both operating and management capacities. Most recently, he held the position of President and CEO of totesIsotoner, a former MidOcean portfolio company. Doug has also held senior positions at Cupples, Inc., Roberston Ceco Corporation, HMK Enterprises, Bain & Company and Procter & Gamble throughout his career.
