Brad Dickerson serves as an Operating Partner on the Private Equity Investment Team. Brad has over 35 years of experience mainly in corporate finance, operations, and broader executive oversight in high-growth environments. He currently advises small to mid-size company executives navigating growth in finance, operations, and general executive matters.
Brad played an instrumental role at many high-profile consumer brands in his career including Bombas, where he served as President & CFO; Blue Apron, where he was CFO and also had CEO responsibilities for a period of time; and Under Armour, where he served in numerous executive roles, including CFO and COO, during their growth from $100M to $4B in revenue.
