On Thursday, October 1, 2020, WAM held its second industry networking event: an at-home facial demonstration hosted by MidOcean portfolio company, IMAGE Skincare. With over 40+ women attending from across the financial services industry, participants were treated to a facial demonstration utilizing IMAGE products mailed to participants in advance. Following this relaxing after-work treat, everyone was invited to ‘mingle’ at a series of 1:1 networking session using the Hopin virtual platform. This provided participants the chance to meet other like-minded women at a time when networking opportunities are more limited. The event was a huge success, and we look forward to hosting another event in the first half of 2021!
