This strategic combination will enhance Agilex’s role as the leading middle market fragrance company in the United States.
With recognized expertise in Air Care, Home Care, Personal Care, Fine Fragrance and Industrial applications, Agilex is the preferred creative fragrance partner for companies seeking to maximize the value of their brands. Airabella was established in 2010 by Bryant and Cheri Gauthier. Over the last five years the business has expanded both organically and through acquisition. Agilex Fragrances has manufacturing facilities in Branchburg, NJ, Canton, GA and Zhaoqing, China along with a Creative Center in Piscataway, NJ. Airabella’s Houston, TX operations will be absorbed into these existing Agilex facilities. Agilex Fragrances’ management has also expressed a strong desire to transition a number of the current staff of Airabella, LLC.
